Patricia, you should be able to add your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation to your
My Disney Experience Mobile App if you're listed as a Guest on the reservation. Open up the app, click on the bottom right menu, and scroll down to Hotel Reservations. You should see a prompt that says "Missing a reservation? Link to Account." You will be able to input the confirmation number and last name on the reservation to add it. If, for some reason, that doesn't work, your daughter might need to call
Guest Services to add you - we've had to do this in the past, and it's no problem for a helpful Cast Member!
You're going to love the convenience of having the My Disney Experience Mobile App during your visit! You'll be able to unlock your hotel room with your phone, use the
Mobile Food & Beverage Order feature, and navigate throughout the Most Magical Place on Earth with the handy Map. While I like to wear a MagicBand+ during my visit, I always make sure to have the
Disney MagicMobile Pass on standby. This complimentary service allows you to save your
Disney Theme Park ticket to the wallet of your smart phone, just like you would with a boarding pass or credit card.
