Steven from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How do I link all guests on My Disney Experience? There will be some with out cell phones an 86 yr old (mother-in-law) woman and my two to three early teens as well as myself (phone-yes), my wife (phone-yes), and at least 4 other adult guests (phone-yes).

    Welcome to planDisney, Steven!

Thank you for stopping by with a great question! I am so happy to hear that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I hope we can help you create magical memories for your family trip!

My Disney Experience is the perfect online tool to help you plan and manage every single aspect of your vacation and even share plans with family and friends. I recommend that all adult Guests in your party who use a mobile device create a Disney account. After all accounts have been set up, you are ready to connect to one another. If you are using the My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the three horizontal lines found at the bottom right corner and then scroll down to “My Profile”. After selecting My Profile, tap “Family & Friends List” at the top right corner and then “Add a Guest”. Select “I’ll enter their name and age”. After you have filled out the Guest’s information, select “Share Planning with this Guest” and enter their e-mail address.

Once they accept your invitation to connect, they will be able to view and co-manage the plans you make together. If you will be responsible for managing the plans of the elderly and teen Guests in your party, select “I’ll manage all plans for this Guest” after providing their information. Please note that for Guests age 17 or younger you will have to inform their birthday, and you can also add family members and friends by singing in to your Disney account online. In my family I am responsible for making and managing plans for my mother and my daughters. They can still use their MagicBands or ticket cards, but they must ask me to make modifications to their plans.

planDisney tip: don’t forget to select the option to share your Family & Friends list with your connected Guests! This will make it easier for your group to make plans together as they will be able to connect to each other.
