Hey there, Tara, and welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your question.
Your summer Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner! And great minds think alike: one of my favorite ways to pay for my family’s trips to visit the Mouse is by purchasing Disney gift cards over time. Our friends and family have even come on board, often gifting our kids Disney Gift Cards as birthday and Christmas presents! Thankfully, Walt Disney World thinks of it all and has made the process of combining multiple Disney gift cards a simple one.
Tara, you can visit Disney Gift cards at
DisneyGiftCard.com to consolidate your gift cards. You can quickly combine multiple Disney Gift Cards into a single card up to $1000 (limit is subject to change) and apply that gift card to your cart at checkout. Consolidating the cards is a quick process: select the “My Cards” tab on the home page and log into your account. Once in your account, you will see the option to add up to six Disney Gift Cards. Select the transfer option and combine your balances into a single card.
If you have more than six gift cards or more than $1000 in Disney Gift Cards, I suggest holding on to a few of them for all of your miscellaneous Disney needs. My family enjoys using gift cards to budget ahead of time and manage our in-park spending - mainly for me and my Disney Snacks! Disney Gift Cards are a great way to set aside money for
dining, souvenirs, and enchanted extras for your visit. One thing to note: only one Disney Gift Card can be applied to your cart when purchasing
Theme Park Tickets or making a payment on a
Resort Vacation package on the Walt Disney World website. So if your purchase is over $1,000, you can
contact a Walt Disney World Cast Member for further assistance.
I hope this helps, Tara!
