Hi there, Amy, and welcome back to planDisney!
The Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass system is officially one month old today (it debuted on July 24, 2024)—I guess it’s time to get our party on! You’re going to love that rush of excitement when booking your crew’s experience selections. Being able to plan for some of your Disney Parks’ attractions is definitely something to celebrate. So, let’s put on our dancing shoes and dive into the fine details of how to maximize the new
Lightning Lane Passes system.
When your eligibility window opens, which it was nice talking to you about earlier this week, you can start making your group’s Lightning Lane experience selections in the
My Disney Experience App. On the day of advance booking, you’ll want to include everyone who is linked and eligible in one transaction, which also means that everyone will have the same selections for attractions.
On the day of your visit, anyone in the party with the My Disney Experience App can modify their own and others’ Lightning Lane experiences. So, for example, you are good to go if you want to keep your wild jam session at
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith and your friends want to skip it in order to journey into the
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
If someone in your party gets sick to the point where they can no longer experience attractions (I’m wishing on a star that this doesn’t happen!), a cancellation of their experience selections will not affect the rest of the Mouseketeers in your party. Do remember that Lightning Lane Multi Passes and Single Passes are not refundable. If you have any concerns, I highly recommend speaking to a Cast Member at
Guest Relations.
Just like when you drop into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, your trip will surely be a joyful celebration full of planned thrills and happy surprises. Amy, if you’d like to ask me additional questions about your upcoming trip,
revisit planDisney.com. You’ve got a friend in me!
Magic always,
LeAndra
