how do I link all the family to our upcoming trip to DisneyLand

John! You’re not just coming to the Happiest Place on Earth, you’re coming with your whole family! I love visiting my favorite place with my favorite people. You’re going to have a blast!

Let’s get down to it. First, make sure you download and set up the Disneyland Mobile App. Once you’re signed in, click on the (☰) on the home screen and then “My Tickets and Passes.” You’ll see a blue (+) in the upper right corner. Click that and then “Link Tickets and Passes.” You can scan your family members’ ticket barcode or enter the ticket number manually.

If you’re staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel or a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel, you can give the members of your family the reservation or confirmation number, and they can add that to their account, too. Just go to the home screen of the Disneyland Mobile App and scroll down to “Hotel Reservations.” Make sure they use the last name of the person on the reservation if it’s different than their own.

Linking tickets makes reserving Lightning Lanes a cinch. If you’re trying to maximise your time, I’d highly recommend purchasing the Lightnight Lane Multipass for everyone in your group. This allows you to get through the lines much faster! You’ll be knocking attractions off your list like crazy! There is a bit of strategy involved and some procedure you have to follow. I’d definitely suggest reading up on how to maximize your LLs before you go.

Also, you will have arrived just in time for the start of the California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Purchase a couple of Sip and Savor Passes for the whole fam and start enjoying the tasty bites that the Festival Marketplaces have to offer! Disney Parks Blog just dropped the Foodie Guide today, so you can see all the awesome bites you’ll be able to enjoy! This family trip is going to be epic!

John, I hope this has been helpful. Disneyland Resort was made for families to spend time together. You’re doing it right! Good job! If you have any other questions, come right on back to planDisney. We’ve got your back! I hope you have a magical day!
