We get lots of questions from guests who are concerned about the names associated with their tickets before they visit the Disneyland Resort. But, fear not, as theme park tickets are not officially assigned to an individual until the ticket is scanned at the park gates and a Cast Member takes their photo. From that point on, the same person needs to use the same ticket, but the name attached to it in the
Disneyland app or online doesn't matter.
Speaking of the app, be sure to download and familiarize yourself with it before your trip. It will be the best tool for navigating the parks efficiently. You can mobile order food from quick service locations, link your Disney PhotoPass photos to your account, and it will be how you use the new
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services.
