    How do I link my family to my app?

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney as you plan your practically perfect Walt Disney World Resort visit. It's great to hear from you and to learn that you will be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth so soon!

    I believe you are asking how to add your family to your My Disney Experience account through the Family & Friends list. The Family & Friends list is a great way to connect everyone all together to make planning a breeze. To add people, go to your Family & Friends list and tap "Add a Guest".

    If the Guest is already using a Disney account in connection with their vacation planning, you can:

    • Use the search tool to find them and invite them to connect
    •  Look for them in "Guests You May Know"
    • Connect with them via a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation

    If the Guest does not have a Disney account, or is not planning to use their Disney account for vacation planning:

    • Tap "Add a new Guest who doesn't have a Disney account" or "Add a New Guest"
    If you are using the My Disney Experience mobile app to add Guests instead of through the Walt Disney World Resort website, you'll want to select the three horizontal lines on the bottom of the screen and scroll down to "Profile." Select it and at the top select "Family & Friends List." It will show the Guests already on your list, or if you scroll all the way to the end you'll see "+ Add a Guest." The app gives you the option to find through your connected Guests, by entering their name and age, or by scanning their linking code that they can pull up through their My Disney Experience mobile app.

    Once you add everyone in your travel party to your Family & Friends list, you can link tickets, add notes to your day, link Resort hotel reservations, share photos—and plan your magical Disney vacation together!
