    How do I link an existing reservation # to actually make the park reservations? I have not yet received an 'ID' number after purchasing my tickets a few weeks ago.

    Thanks for visiting planDisney this week. I think I can help you, so let's get to it! 

    My theory is that you may already have reservations. If you bought your tickets through the Disneyland Resort's website, you should already have park reservations tied to these tickets. 

    Here's how you'll check if you already have the reservations. You will log into your Disneyland Resort account, go to the menu under "My Disneyland," and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations") and click on "View My Park Reservations." This page should show you your existing bookings if you already have them. 

    If you can't see any reservations, you can contact the Website Support Cast Members at (714) 520-6222. They will be able to help you identify the problem and fix it!
