How do I link my existing hotel reservation to my plans?

Hiya, Victor! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sharing your question with us.

You’ve picked a magical time to visit Walt Disney World. The theme parks and hotels will be decked out in their holiday best, and there are so many special seasonal events and offerings across the entire resort. It really is the most wonderful time of the year!

You can connect your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation to your plans through the Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. On the website, go to the My Disney Experience tab and select My Plans when the dropdown menu appears. Scroll down a little way and you’ll see the Hotel Resort icon (a building with a small flag). When you hover your mouse over the icon, a button that says “Link a Reservation” will appear.

On the My Disney Experience app, you’ll want to select the menu icon (three lines) in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then scroll down to the My Visit category and select Hotel Reservations. There will be a spot on that page to type in your confirmation number and link your resort reservation to your account.

If you have any issues, you can also call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line to speak with a friendly Cast Member.

I hope this information is helpful, Victor. Come right back to planDisney if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Magical travels!
