How do I link my e-ticket to my app account?

    Hiya, Hannah!

Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to hear that you are planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth next year. The countdown is on! Linking your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account only takes a few moments and can be done through the My Disney Experience mobile app or on the Walt Disney World website. Here are some helpful tips to get those tickets linked, so you can get back to planning the best trip ever.

After you purchased your tickets you should have received a confirmation email. This email should contain a confirmation number and a barcode or an ID number for your tickets. If you purchased your tickets from the Walt Disney World website while logged in to your My Disney Experience account, they may already be linked. You can easily check this through the My Plans page on the website, or the Tickets and Passes option on the app. If the tickets are not already linked, you can link your tickets online by selecting the My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. This page has a blue Park Ticket icon, and when you select it there will be an option to Link Tickets. Enter your ticket ID number and follow the remaining prompts to link your tickets to your account. Linking your tickets on the app begins with tapping the three bars at the bottom of the screen, and clicking the Tickets and Passes tile. Tap the + at the top of the screen and a Link Tickets & Passes option will appear. This page will have the option to enter an ID number or scan the ticket barcode.

If your confirmation email does not contain ID numbers or barcodes, or if you cannot find the email, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with Existing Tickets by phone. They will be able to assist you in getting those confirmation numbers so you can link your tickets to your account.

Once you have linked your tickets, don't forget to make your Park Pass reservations! All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. This is an essential planning step to take before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Reservations can be made online in moments and secures your spot at your favorite theme park on your desired day.

I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
