Hi, Jamie!
Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to help a fellow Bay State resident and Disney Vacation Club neighbor with this gem of a question. Jamie, don't you just love having a home away from home at Walt Disney World Resort? While our New England winters might make Olaf happy, it sure is nice to escape our frozen temperatures for the warmth of Walt Disney World, thanks to our Disney Vacation Club Membership.
Now, let's help you with your question. You definitely want to be sure your Disney Vacation Club account is linked to your
My Disney Experience account on your phone, as it will help you take advantage of any
Member Extras and benefits for which you may be eligible. While it may seem like you are headed into the unknown, it's actually pretty easy to do.
First, make sure the login account user names and passwords for your My Disney Experience account AND your
Disney Vacation Club account log-ins are the same. Next, be sure and download the My Disney Experience account to your phone. From the home screen, click on the "hamburger," which are the three horizontal lines on the bottom right side of the app. Then, scroll down below the boxes and click on "My Profile." From here, select "Memberships & Passes" and check to see if your Disney Vacation Club Membership is listed here.
If it is there, you are good to go. If it isn't, then you will need to
contact Member Services who can help you link your My Disney Experience account to your Disney Vacation Club account. The Cast Members at Member Services are so helpful and friendly, like a warm hug, and they'll be able to assist you.
I hope this helps you Jamie! If I can be of any further assistance, be sure and stop back and
see me here. I'll be right here, building a snowman.
Magically yours,
Keri
