What if I link my Disneyland E Ticket to a wrong email address where should I contact to get help

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Pham!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question regarding your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! AND...I see you will be arriving very soon! WOO HOO! I am counting down the days with you!

I am so sorry you linked your Disneyland Theme Park Ticket to the wrong email address. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member in Ticket Services. The great thing is that a Cast Member will be able to open your My Disneyland Account and make the necessary changes to your email.

I am sure you know that the wait time to speak to a Cast Member the past few months has taken longer than normal. With this in mind, I have found from personal experience that calling in the evening will greatly decrease your wait time. Be prepared to wait if you call in the morning or afternoon.

I hope this helps you in your planning process. As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are always sharing MAGICAL announcements during the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort! We don't want you to miss anything, so I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are just a question away!

    See Ya Real Soon!
