Hi there, Brandon! Welcome to planDisney. While Disneyland doesn't have a dedicated "Friends and Family" linking system, it does have its own way of linking tickets and passes so you're able to share your plans across the app. It's an easy and handy way to keep your park day organized with your loved ones. I'd love to show you how!
In the
Disneyland app, you'll log in with your MyDisney account. Once that's complete, go ahead and tap the (☰) button in the bottom right corner. Then tap "My Tickets & Passes," followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." You'll have a variety of ways to link your tickets, but I find the easiest method is using the camera feature. Have each person in your party pull up their ticket, then use the camera to line up the barcode or QR code to link it. If you're like me and usually purchase and hold everyone's tickets, then the "Type ID" option will be your best friend. I like to simply copy the ticket ID directly from the magical email containing all of our ticket information and link it that way.
Linking tickets and passes is such a helpful way to plan your day in the parks. It's especially useful with a larger group because you can have one designated person manage all of the
Lightning Lane Passes. That way, everyone stays in sync, and you're riding your favorite attractions faster than Lightning McQueen himself.
Brandon, thank you so much for visiting
planDisney. I hope this helped you get your tickets linked and ready for your visit. If you have any further questions, planDisney is always here to help!
With a Sprinkle of Pixie Dust,
Bev
