    Roberto from CA Asked

How do I link my Disney good neighbor official hotel reservation to the my Disney experience app?

Hello Roberto, and welcome to planDisney!

This is such a great question to ask us, Roberto!  As my family has previously stayed in one of the lovely "Walt Disney World Good Neighbour hotels" in a Walt Disney World Official Hotel: Disney Springs Resort Area

I'm happy to share that Guests wishing to link their Walt Disney World Official Hotel reservation to their My Disney Experience account, will need to request the correct booking confirmation number from either, the original booking agent, or by speaking directly to representatives at the hotel.

Roberto, staying in such close proximity to Disney Springs can be so much fun!  Guests from the young, to the simply young at heart, are sure to love strolling around the whole of Disney Springs to enjoy all the many dining, entertainment and shopping offerings.  Plus, you truly won't want to miss checking out any upcoming Events at Disney Springs that may be happening in January during your magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope that I've been able to offer you a little pixie-dusted insight today Roberto.  If you should have any further enquiries, then please do feel free to pop back here to planDisney to ask me another question.  You'll always be as welcome as can be!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
