Hi Jennifer!
As a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member, let me say "Welcome Home" to planDisney! One of my favorite parts of Disney Vacation Club Membership is having the flexibility to use our Vacation Points in so many ways, whether it's relaxing at a Disney Vacation Club Resort, exploring new destinations with Interval International, or even setting sail on the high seas with
Disney Cruise Line! Plus, no matter if you're using Vacation Points for your upcoming sailing not, you'll still find plenty of Membership magic on board –– be sure to check out the
Member Benefits section of the Disney Vacation Club website for all the details!
If your upcoming cruise was booked using your Disney Vacation Club Vacation Points, you
should be able to see it on your
Member Dashboard on the Disney Vacation Club website. However, if your cruise was booked using a different payment method, you won't be able to link it for viewing on your DVC account. My fellow Panelist,
Mandy D., also spoke with a Member Services Cast Member about a similar issue, and she shared that there has recently been a glitch when viewing the DVC website on a mobile device –– this is causing some
Disney Collection Exchange reservations (like Disney Cruise Line) to be listed on the Member Dashboard as Waitlist requests, instead of confirmed reservations. If this happens, the reservation number and sailing details may also be listed incorrectly on your account. Don't worry, though –– you can easily correct the issue by giving
Member Services a call at (800) 800-9800 where a Cast Member who specialized in Disney Cruise Line with be happy to help.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Jennifer. I hope this helped to answer your question and I'm wishing you lots of pixie dust during your upcoming adventure with Disney Cruise Line!
SEA You Real Soon,
Amy
