Aloha Charles,
Welcome to planDisney! Isn't it exciting to dream about a trip to
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa? Even more exciting is when that dream comes true and you've secured a reservation at the incredible resort in paradise that incorporates local culture and Disney magic! My family fell in love with Aulani when we visited last year and we dream of when we'll next step foot on the sandy lagoons of Ko Olina.
I reached out to Member Services to clarify the reservation linking process. They confirmed that a reservation can only be linked to a single My Disney Experience account. However, any Guests associated with that reservation should be able to see it on their own My Disney Experience account. When you link a reservation to your My Disney Experience account, you'll be prompted to match the Guests, effectively connecting the guest names on the reservation with the Guest profiles in your Family and Friends list. I recommend contacting
Member Services for assistance if you are having any difficulties.
Tip: While enjoying your time at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, don't miss out on visiting the
Pau Hana Room - Community Hall. This game room offers a wide array of activities, amenities, and entertainment for everyone! It's also the central hub for signing up for daily activities (subject to change), such as the enchanting
Menehune Adventure Trail (a favorite nighttime activity for my family due to its added touch of magic in the dark), crafting your own Aulani-inspired Mickey Ears, taking 'ukulele lessons, and participating in Kāpala Ki'i - a fun t-shirt stamping activity. Additionally, I highly recommend consulting the
Daily ‘Iwa, which provides a rundown of the week's events and activities, allowing you to better plan your stay. This resource will inform you about opportunities to meet Characters, feed the fish at
Rainbow Reef, and discover any beach activities that may interest your family
Charles, I hope this helps answer your question, if you think of anything else you need assistance with, please
let me know!
A Hui Hou (that’s “until we meet again” in Hawaiian),
