    Link disney accounts

Hey there, hi there, Mathew! Thanks so much for dropping by planDisney. We are here to help!

It looks like you are trying to figure out how to link Disney accounts together. This is one of the things that works differently between Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. At Walt Disney World Resort, you can link friends and family within the app to make plans together. Unfortunately, we don't have that feature at Disneyland Resort or in the Disneyland app. If you are visiting Disneyland Resort in a group, I do have a few tips for you!

While it's not necessary to have groups linked together because you can make dining reservations without hotel or theme park reservations, you can add other Guests' tickets to your Disney account. A Guests ticket can be linked to more than one account without issues. For example, I have my family's tickets all on one family account for us, but I also have the tickets of a few of my friends as well linked because we visit often together. I recommend at least one person in your group do that. This will make it really easy for you all to book Lightning Lanes together if you are using the Disney Genie+ Service because you will be able to book the group in one transaction. It's important for everyone or every family to have their own account as well so that they can easily break apart from the group and you can add your credit card to your profile to make mobile ordering quick and easy!

Mathew, I hope these tips help you plan your upcoming visit. Please come back and see us again if you have any other questions!

I love helping my friends plan memorable trips to Disneyland Resort and can't wait to help you too! Learn More About Carrie
