Greetings, Louise, welcome to planDisney with your question regarding Disney’s Disability Access Service, thank you!

Walt Disney World Resort continually strives to afford all Guests the most inclusive and memorable vacation possible, and Disney’s Disability Access Service, commonly referred to as the DAS, is one such accommodation in our Services for Guests with Disabilities.

Disney’s Disability Access Service has two methods of registration:

    1) The DAS Advance virtually – via a live video chat with a Cast Member to pre-register as soon as 30 days before your theme park visit, but no less than 2 days before arrival. You will be able to, in consultation with the Cast Member, book up to 2 one-hour return windows for select experiences. You will be able to make additional DAS selections on the day of your visit,

    2) On-site inside any theme park Guest Relations lobby. Please take all members of your travel party including the Guest who will need the accommodation, because if deemed appropriate, a photo will be taken of the Guest, and the active MagicBands, or valid theme park admission of everyone will be associated/linked to the DAS accommodation. A Disney Park Pass reservation will be required with valid theme park admission.

Please remember that the Guest granted the accommodation will need to be present at the attraction to present their valid theme park admission, or active MagicBand prior to boarding.
You will be able to self-select your next return times, one at a time, via the My Disney Experience app, or you can request a return time at a nearby kiosk, or at the attraction entrance. The Guest with the DAS accommodation does not need to be present to physically request a return time at a kiosk, or at the attraction entrance.

The DAS may be used in conjunction with the Virtual Queue system, and the Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ service available in the My Disney Experience app.
