I want to link my current reservation (made on the phone with an agent last week) to the my disney experience. I cannot find where I can do this.

    Hello, Chris,

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney.  How exciting to have booked a trip to Walt Disney World for later this year.  It will be a magical way to begin 2021!

To link your reservation to My Disney Experience, I would begin by visiting the page for linking your resort reservation or package to My Disney Experience. Once you open the page, you will want to select the Resort Reservation or Vacation Package button, which is one of the first icons you should see. Then, you will need to sign in to your Disney Account. This will take you to a page where you will need to enter your Confirmation Number and Last Name. If you do not know the number, please call (407) 939-1936 for assistance. Once you link your reservation, you will be able to begin managing your travel plans.

You may also want to download the My Disney Experience Mobile app to have all your plans readily available on a mobile device.  You will be able to unlock your resort room doors, place Mobile Food & Beverage Orders online, and use many other great features to simplify your vacation through the app.

As you continue to plan for your trip, it is also helpful to take a look at information to Know Before You Go and make your theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system.  Dining Reservations can be made 60 days beforehand.

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
