how can i link my credit card number to my magic band?

Hello Ellen and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
This is an excellent question. The first thing you need to know is that while MagicBands are awesome in their ability to make your vacation nearly effortless, they do not actually "hold" any data themselves. The MagicBand links to information such as theme park tickets, Disney Dining Plans, and resort rooms. Therefore, there is actually no way to link a credit card to a MagicBand. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel you can connect your credit card to your room which will then allow you charging privileges on your MagicBand. If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel you will not be able to have charging privileges connected to your MagicBand. I hope that answers your question. If not, come on back to the Disney World Moms Panel and we will do our best to get you the information you need.

    See ya real soon!

I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
