Welcome to planDisney, Patti!
It is a pleasure to answer your first question and help you plan your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
As the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort continues, all Guests ages 3 and up are required to have both a park reservation and valid admission to enter a theme park. To make
Disney Park Pass reservations, you must first be sure that
theme park tickets are properly linked to your Disney account.
Sign in to My Disney Experience and visit
My Plans to
link tickets or a
Disney Resort hotel reservation to your account. If you prefer to use the
My Disney Experience app, open the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, and swipe up until you find
Link to Account. After linking and assigning tickets, view
Theme Park Reservation Availability before selecting the dates of your visit and then make
Disney Park Pass reservations.
I hope this information is helpful, Patti! If you still have issues linking a confirmation number to your account, please contact (407) 939-4357 for assistance, and come back to visit us for more tips and advice.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
