Hey there, Stephanie!
A very warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us such a terrific question about linking your
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. With your vacation a little less than two weeks away, now is definitely the time to do so!
Stephanie, please
visit this page to link your theme park ticket to your My Disney Experience account. If you are not already logged in to your My Disney Experience account, you will need to do so when you click the link.
After you have logged in, you will be asked to enter your theme park ticket confirmation number. You can find this number in your purchase confirmation e-mail.
Once you have successfully linked your theme park ticket, it will appear in the
“My Plans” section of your My Disney Experience account under the “Tickets & Memory Maker” tab. If your theme park ticket is not listed in the “My Plans” section of your account, please
visit the Walt Disney World Resort help center where a friendly Cast Member can help you link your theme park ticket.
I encourage you to link your ticket as soon as possible, as you will need to do so in order to
make Disney Park Pass theme park reservations! All Guests ages 3 and up need both a valid theme park ticket and a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation (for the same park, on the same day) to enter the theme parks. Theme park reservations are subject to availability and very popular, which is why I encourage you to secure your reservations as fast as you can say “bibbidi bobbidi boo!”
If you have any additional questions about the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort or need help with anything else, please do not hesitate to visit planDisney again. We are hEAR to help you plan the “practically perfect” Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Wishing you a Magical Vacation,
Priscila
