When you purchased your tickets on the Walt Disney World website, you would have been logged in to your
My Disney Experience account (MDE). The tickets should automatically link to you upon purchase. The
My Disney Experience mobile app should work seamlessly with your online MDE account. When you log in to the app, your tickets should show up there, as well. If you are having trouble finding them, please contact a Cast Member for help by calling 407-566-4985.
