Greetings Gary and welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! It looks like you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days. I will be happy to walk you through the steps to link your ticket to your
My Disney Experience account in the mobile app.
I will have you set up before Han Solo can complete the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs. Open the My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the “More” button or 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner. Next, you need to tap the “Tickets and Passes” button from the menu. Tap the “+” sign in the top right corner and then the “Link Tickets & Passes” option. Now you can enter the Ticket Order Number, from your will-call ticket in the space provided and tap submit. Follow the prompts to assign your tickets and confirm the assignment. Now you can use any MagicBand previously linked to your My Disney Experience account.
You can also set up
Disney MagicMobile to use your smartphone or Apple Watch devices. From the previous menu, tap the Disney MagicMobile button and follow the prompts. You can save your pass to your device’s mobile wallet to access your theme park admission.
Now that you have your tickets linked to your account you will need a
Disney Park Pass reservation for each day you, and members of your travel group, plan to visit a theme park. All Guests need to have a valid admission ticket and park pass reservation to enter a theme park. To make a reservation in the mobile app, tap the “+” sign at the center bottom of the page. Select “Make a Park Reservation” and tap the Theme Park Tickets button. Create your party from the eligible guests on your Family and Friends list and tap continue. Chose the date and then the park you are planning to visit and tap select. Review and confirm your selection. Repeat as necessary until you have reservations for your entire visit.
I am wishing you all the fun while you enjoy the
World’s Most Magical Celebration.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
