Welcome to plan Disney with your question. I would be happy to help you link your will-call tickets in your
My Disney Experience Mobile app.
First, open the mobile app and tap the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner.
Next, select “Tickets and Passes.” You can confirm here if your tickets have already been added. If not please select the “+” and then “Link Tickets & Passes” in the top right corner. Finally, you can enter the ID code on the ticket or scan the code with your smartphone’s camera.
If you are still having issues getting your tickets linked, I would recommend that you speak to a Cast Member on the internet Help Desk Team, so they can resolve the issue. You can reach out to them by calling (407) 939-4357.
Once you get your tickets linked, don’t forget to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations as soon as possible. You need one reservation per person per day.
