How do I link the Will Call Hopper ticket for June 6th that I bought on 11/29/21? App says My Disney Experience doesn’t work for Will Call ticket.

Hey there, Steven, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question!

Steven, I love the peace of mind I have once all of my Disney Vacation plans are confirmed and successfully linked to my account. It means that my Disney planning is rounding down, and I can start my vacation countdown! Tickets are an integral part of every Disney vacation, so I’d be more than happy to help you link your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience. I have two suggestions since the mobile app appears to be giving you some problems.

The first one is simple, try logging out of the mobile app and signing back in. Sometimes this quick step solves many of my mobile app errors. Once logged back in, you can follow the quick steps below to link your confirmation number in the mobile app:

    • Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App
    • Select the three horizontal lines in the bottom corner of the home screen
    • Click the Tickets and Passes option
    • Choose Link Tickets & Passes
    • Enter your confirmation number or Ticket ID number in the ID Code box and click Submit to complete any remaining prompts

If the Mobile App is still giving you issues, I recommend trying to link your tickets through the online My Disney Experience account using the steps below:

    • Sign in to your My Disney Experience Account
    • Hover over the Park TIckets option
    • Select Link Tickets
    • Enter your confirmation number or Ticket ID number in the ID Number box and complete the remaining prompts

Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked, be sure to make Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as you can! You currently need valid Theme Park Tickets and a Disney Park Pass Reservation to enter the Theme Parks, and Park Pass availability is constantly changing. So be sure to make a Park reservation for each day you plan to enter the Theme Parks.

I hope this helps, Steven! Let me know if you have more questions while planning your vacation.

You’ve got a friend in me,
