How do I link 2 annual passes to one hotel reservation

    Welcome to planDisney, Brie!

There are lots of opportunities to share information about vacation plans when heading to Walt Disney World, and a great place to start is linking your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Great question!

Before you do that, be sure that your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation has been linked to your My Disney Experience Account. You can check to see if this is the case by going into your account online or by using the super-handy My Disney Experience mobile app. On each, you can see a hotel reservation listed under both "Resort Hotel" and in "My Plans".  If your reservation is not listed there, you can add it using your confirmation number. When you made your reservation, you would have been asked the names of all people who will be staying with you, so the other Annual Passholder should already be listed on that reservation.

Next, check to see that your travel mate has set up a My Disney Experience account. This will help you both keep track of all the fun plans you've made such as your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, Disney Park Pass system reservations, Advanced Dining Reservations, and so much more. Once that is complete, you can invite them to accept your invitation to join that Family & Friends list via email. (Located under the "My Disney Experience" tab on the Walt Disney World website.) Be sure to use the same email account that person used to set up their own My Disney Experience account so that the system recognizes that this is the same person.

After that, check on your own Annual Pass. In both the online site and the mobile app, you should see your Annual Pass listed under "Tickets and Passes". If you haven't added that Annual Pass to your My Disney Experience account, you can do so now. Your companion can do the same, or, if you are listed in each other's Family & Friends as being able to make plans for each other, you can add assign your friend's Annual Pass to their account.

At this point, you should both be able to see all of the plans you've made and, once you arrive, you'll be able to see each other's pictures from Disney PhotoPass Service. So fun!
