    How do I link my active magic bands from last years vacation to this years vacation

    Hey there, Tracy! Welcome to planDisney! My fellow panelists and I are thrilled that you're planning another magical trip to Walt Disney World! 

    Having your MagicBand ready before your arrival is a fantastic way to jumpstart the magic and make your vacation even smoother!

    Once you've linked a MagicBand to your account, it remains active until you manually deactivate it in your My Disney Experience account or if it’s an older version that is no longer supported.

    If you'd like to see which MagicBands are active, log into your My Disney Experience account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience link at the top right, and then select My MagicBands and Cards. You'll then scroll down and see all the MagicBands that are linked to your account and which ones are active or inactive. 

    If you're using a MagicBand+, charge it before your trip and look for fun interactions in the parks, such as glowing in sync with nighttime spectaculars or responding to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge experiences!
