how do i link my account to a family member

    Hiya, Mary!

Welcome to planDisney! Traveling to The Most Magical Place on Earth with family is sure to create a lifetime of lasting memories. I hope that everyone in your travel party is getting excited about your upcoming adventure. Your arrival date will be here before you know it, so let's get everyone linked and ready to plan together!

If you have already created a My Disney Experience account for yourself, your planning is off to a great start. And if not, Hakuna Matata! It only takes a few moments to set up your account and link your upcoming reservations. The next step is ensuring your family member has also created an account for themselves. After everyone in your travel party has an account, you can connect and start creating magical itineraries together in a few easy steps. To link your account to another, select the My Family & Friends option from the My Disney Experience menu located on the Walt Disney World website. Choose the Add a Guest link at the bottom of the screen. You can choose to Import through a Hotel Reservation if you and your family are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel. All you will need is their last name and the hotel confirmation number. If you are not staying at a Disney resort, you can choose the I'll Enter Their Name and Age option. Input the Guest name and age (Choose the 18+ selection for adults). This will create an option to check at the bottom of the screen labeled Invite This Guest to Connect. Follow the remaining prompts to send an invitation to connect to their email address. After they accept, you will be able to plan together and see any changes made in real-time.

Once everyone has created and linked their accounts, don't forget to make your Park Pass reservations. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. I recommend making these reservations as soon as you know your travel dates and have your tickets. Some dates may offer limited availability due to popularity, so don't delay. Make your Park Pass reservations today!

    We'll see ya real soon!
