Bless my soul! It sounds like you have Herculean plans and could use a few gladiators to help you with your package. I did some heavy lifting into
Walt Disney World Mail Services and found that there is no set limit on package size that can be received. That being said, I also learned that packages shipped to your Disney Resort Hotel are intended to help Guests conserve luggage space and thus, should be of a reasonable size that could have been brought with you in your luggage. Also, please know that a handling fee per package will be charged. As much as I would love to go from zero to hero with this answer for you, I can't encourage or recommend shipping large items that would be delivered by freight to your hotel.
The only exception I can think of is if you need to have something large brought in like a display or booth as part of an event planned through
Disney Meetings & Events. In that case, I recommend that you work with your Disney Event Architects to coordinate delivery. They'll be able to send in the muses to make sure your item gets where it needs to go on time.
Beyond that, if you have specific needs to make your stay comfortable or enjoyable, I recommend reaching out to Guest Services at the number on the bottom of
this page. They may be able to offer a solution for you.
