What is the $ limit for DDP (Quick Service, table service & snack) I found somewhere that said anything under $4.69 on snacks but found nothing on the other 2.? Planning first trip Thanksgiving 2012 for our family of 5.

There isn't exactly a dollar limit for snack eligible items on the dining plan, Chuck.  Rather, snacks eligible items are depicted by a small purple and white checkered icon on the menu at various locations.  Snack eligible items are widely available throughout the parks and resort hotels.  When looking for a snack, do keep in mind that to qualify, a food item must be a single serving.  Ice cream bars and soft pretzels are good examples of qualifying items, while bags of salt water taffy wouldn't qualify because they feed a small crowd.  Not to worry; you should be able to find plenty of satisfying choices during your stay.  Have a great time, Chuck!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
