    I got my lightsaber on May 7th and it’s been working well up until right now! It lights up and everything but the sound isn’t coming out!! From putting in a Kyber crystal to turning it on, no sound is produced! Can anyone please help me!

    I'm glad to hear you were able to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, and that you went home with a lightsaber. I visited Savi's Workshop and experienced the Force flowing as I built and activated a lightsaber, and it was unforgettable!

    I'm sorry to hear your lightsaber is in need of some Jedi assistance so soon after building it. In order to ensure it's back in working condition in case the Resistance calls, you'll need to connect with Merchandise Guest Services. They can be reached by calling (877) 560-6477. When you call, have your receipt handy if you still have it - as much information as you can provide will help them locate the parts needed to get your saber back in working order.

    Here's hoping your lightsaber is back to making those iconic, humming "whoosh" sounds soon!
