Lightning Lanes are a great way for Guests to experience attractions and entertainment with limited wait times at the Disney Parks (including Magic Kingdom Park)! There are three kinds of Lightning Lanes available for purchase: Lightning Lane Multi Pass, Lightning Lane Single Pass, and Lightning Lane Premier Pass. Lightning Lanes must be purchased through your
My Disney Experience app.
If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can purchase Lightning Lanes (and make your attraction selections) seven days before your reservation check-in day (that’s a great benefit)! If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can make your purchase and selections three days before your visit.
When you’re ready to make your purchase and selections, open the My Disney Experience app. On the home screen, select either “Lightning Lane Multi Pass / Single Pass” or “Lightning Lane Premier Pass.” Then, select the date, and then the theme park you’ll be visiting. You’ll then be prompted to make your selections.
Jordann, Lightning Lanes are limited, so I recommend making your selections as soon as you are eligible to do so! Remember to mark that magical seven, or three day, date on your planning calendar!
