It sounds like you've purchased a
Lightning Lane Pass for an attraction that may not be accessible to you; if this has happened, I would recommend visiting the
Guest Experiences Team (look for them underneath blue umbrellas at each of the theme parks) for assistance or to request a refund for your purchase. These Cast Members are generally very helpful; my family had to visit with them just a few weeks ago when my husband was suffering from motion sickness and was not able to use his Lightning Lane for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind as a result. They offered us a few options so that we could carry on with our day and continue to enjoy the parks and attractions that he was able to experience! I hope this will be the same case for you!
