Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Mona!
You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney. How exciting that you are already dreaming about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Once you are in the planning stages, the countdown to the magic begins! So here are some dates to mark on your calendar.
Mona, if you are staying at a
Disney Resort Hotel, you can begin booking your
Advance Dining Reservations beginning 60 days from your Resort check-in date for the entirety of your stay up to 10 days. This will include all of the thematic dining table seating locations, including
Cinderella's Royal Table. For popular restaurants like this one, I recommend marking your calendar for that 60-day mark and logging on as early in the day as possible. This is your best chance for getting the dining reservations of your dreams. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can make dining reservations 60 days from the date you want to dine.
If you don't see what you would like, keep checking. Often, reservations will change as Guests' plans change, especially as your vacation gets closer. I have often been able to secure reservations close to our vacation dates just by continuing to check back multiple times.
For
Lightning Lane Multi Passes and Lightning Lane Single Passes, you can make Lightning Lane purchases and selections 7 days in advance of your check-in date if you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, for the entirety of your stay. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can do this 3 days from your theme park visit date.
The My Disney Experience system is quite smart, and usually, you will receive an email as you near your reservation opening windows. The app will also let you know when you can begin making your Lightning Lane purchases and reservations.
I hope this helps you, Mona! If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, soar back here to see me, and I'll be so happy to help you.
See ya real soon!
