Hi there, Darcie! Welcome to planDisney. Your adventure is getting ready for liftoff, and I can’t wait for you to experience it all! Consider this your official Space Ranger mission briefing. Star Command is counting on you!
If you have a reservation for an attraction through
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you'll have a one-hour return window to ride that attraction using the Lightning Lane entrance. While it doesn’t happen often, rides may go down due to a technical issue or inclement weather, especially if the attraction has an outdoor component. If this happens, you will typically receive a Multiple Experience Pass in your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Think of it as a quick reroute from Star Command to keep your mission on track.
With this pass, you can use the Lightning Lane entrance at any point during the day for that attraction if and when it reopens. Additionally, there is usually a list of other attractions you can visit instead, giving you a few alternate mission options. To see the list of eligible attractions, tap on the pass in the app, then select the blue link that says, “Find out where you can go.” Please note that you usually have until park closing on the day it was issued to use the pass.
Darcie, did you know that the newly refurbished
Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin at
Magic Kingdom Park is now open? I can’t wait to experience
the newly enhanced ride vehicles, blasters, and a helpful new robot named Buddy! Plus, since you’re purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass, onboard ride photos are currently included, and the attraction photo now displays your score. So you’ll be able to show all your friends just how high you ranked as a Space Ranger long after your mission is complete.
Good luck defeating Zurg and have a visit to the resort that's to infinity and beyond! If you have any other questions,
I’m here for you, Space Ranger.
The galaxy is in good hands,
Buzz...I mean, Matt
