Is the light parade still going on at night time? If so, is there an end date? If not, when will it come back?

Hello there, Casaundra! Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for bringing us your question.

Oh boy! I am sorry to share that earlier this month the Main Street Electrical Parade said farewell for now. We do not know if it will return or when right now. However, there is still plenty of great entertainment happening throughout Disneyland Resort. Over at Disney California Adventure Park, you can enjoy World of Color, which is a fabulous show of projections on the water. This will be getting festive starting November 11, 2022, when it becomes World of Color - Season of Light.

Over at Disneyland Park, currently, there is Halloween Screams projection show that takes place every night through October 31, 2022. This is accompanied by fireworks, weather permitting, on weekends as well. Then in mid-November "Believe...In Holiday Magic" Fireworks Spectacular will be greeting us during the holiday season. You also currently have Fantasmic! back certain nights currently.

I attended D23 Expo last weekend and it was announced that Magic Happens Parade will be returning to Disneyland Resort sometime next year. I am sure we are in for lots more exciting entertainment and celebrations as the Walt Disney Company celebrates 100 Years of Wonder and I cannot wait to hear more about this in the months to come.

Casaundra, thanks again for stopping by. I hope you are able to visit The Happiest Place on Earth soon!

Well hello friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mama and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. We love that we are close enough to Disneyland Resort to make a last-minute trip to see the Mouse quite frequently. You'll find us in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can fit in! I love helping my friends plan memorable trips to Disneyland Resort and can't wait to help you too! Learn More About Carrie
