Are there life jackets for kids at the resort hotels?

    Hey Maureen!

Thank you for splashing by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy you have send us your splash-tacular question about pools at Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

Maureen, Walt Disney World Resort is wild about safety! For the comfort and safety of our special Guests, all Disney Resort hotel pools have life jackets available for kids and adults. You can borrow as many life jackets as you need for your family. They are readily available in all Disney Resort hotel pool areas! If you have any trouble finding the life jackets, a friendly Cast Member can help you locate them.

During my most recent Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa stay, my 5 year-old daughter decided to use a life jacket although she already knew how to swim. She felt more comfortable hanging out with us near the slide and waterfall area with one on, and I was happy to find that they had plenty of life jackets available in her size. You will find many kids wearing life jackets in Disney Resort hotel pools.

Maureen, if you have any additional questions in advance of your vacation, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are always here to help you!

    Just Keep Swimming,
