Are there life jackets available at all three Disneyland resorts? Are life jackets allowed on all the slides? Are the slides end in pools or run outs? What is the pool hour?Thank you very much.

    Hi, Diana!

My family and I just love spending time at the pool areas at all three Disneyland Resort Hotels. Each one is uniquely themed and provides hours of fun in the Southern California sun!

Yes, there are life jackets available at all three resort hotel pools, and they may be used on the water slides. The water slides at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and the Disneyland Hotel end in plunge pools, and the water slide at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel ends in a run-out lane. Hours at the pools will vary based on your resort hotel and the season you visit, so it’s best to inquire about the current pool hours with the front desk of your resort hotel upon check-in. I stayed at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel last month, and the pool there opened as early as 6:00 a.m. on one of the days we visited.

I hope this is helpful, Diana. Please write back to me if you have any other questions as you continue to plan!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
