    Does the Liberty Tavern in Magic Kingdom serve beer and wine?

    Hi Loretta,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. When Be Our Guest opened in New Fantasyland last year, it became the first and only Magic Kingdom restaurant to serve beer and wine. And even in Be Our Guest, beer and wine are served only at dinner, and the adult beverages must be consumed inside the restaurant. The rest of the park -- including Liberty Tree Tavern and the other table service restaurants -- remains alcohol-free.

    Beer and wine, along with cocktails, are available at most of the Walt Disney World restaurants in the other theme parks, Downtown Disney and the resorts. Magic Kingdom remains the notable exception.
