Howdy, Ercil! Welcome to
planDisney. I’m excited to help you sort out accessing your tickets so you can get back to planning your trip! March is a great time to visit the
Disneyland Resort. There is so much happening to get pumped about!
Since I’m not entirely clear on where or what the reservation you referred to is for, I’m going to have to do some guesswork. I’ll also give you several different options to check on, and hopefully one of these will lead you to your tickets!
I’m going to assume that you made a reservation at either a
Disneyland Resort Hotel or a
Disney Good Neighbor Hotel. Go to Disneyland.com on a computer and log in to your account. Hover on “My Disneyland” to click “Tickets and Reservation Details.” Scroll down a bit to “Make or Modify Park Reservations,” and then “Retrieve Hotel Reservation.” Enter that lovely number you have on your letter, as well as the last name on the reservation, and you should be in! If you need to make a park reservation, this would be the time that you do that, and there will be instructions to guide you through that process.
Next, let’s check your
Disneyland Mobile App. From the home screen, click the (☰) to access “My Tickets and Passes.” If your tickets are not there, don’t fret. Press (☰) one more time and go down to “Future Plans.” If you successfully made park reservations, they would show up on this screen. Some guests have reported that their tickets don’t show up in the app until about three days before the visit. As long as you see the hotel reservation and were able to make a park reservation, all should be well. As always, you can reach out to a friendly cast member at
the ticket line if the tickets still aren’t showing up.
Once you get things sorted out, head straight to the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news about what’s going on at the Disneyland Resort while you’re there. First and foremost, you’re visiting during the
California Adventure Food & Wine Festival! There will be so many tasty bites to try throughout the parks, but especially at the Festival Marketplaces in DCA! Disney Parks Blog will publish a Foodie Guide very soon! Check out the
Sip and Savor offer, so you can plan exactly what you want to taste!
Thanks again for bringing us your questions. If you have any others, don’t hesitate to come back! We’re here for you at
planDisney. I hope you have a magical day!
