Let's say I have a park reservation for the day we get to Florida. If we never go to a park that day, can we use that ticket and make a reservation for a different day? (Assuming a reservation is available)

    Hiya Diana!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us this magical question. Oh my goodness, Diana, your magical vacation is coming so soon! How excited are you? I know I would be thrilled, and you picked such a fun time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort.

One of my favourite things about Disney theme park tickets is that you have a select period to use them, so you can always make last-minute adjustments to your visit. For instance, if you have a three-day theme park ticket, you will have five days to use it after the selected start date. Therefore, your ticket will not expire if you do not use it on the initially selected date unless it is a one-day theme park ticket. You also will not be penalized if you do not use the theme park reservation you had originally booked, though it is best to cancel it. To cancel or book new theme park reservations, simply log into your My Disney Experience mobile app and click on "Future Plans." Then, find the theme park reservation you want to cancel and click on it, which will bring you to the Disney website.

Now, Diana, I hope you will plan a day to visit the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! As somebody who loves trying different food items, I always love seeing the various food booths and trying new dishes. If you would also like to visit these booths, I suggest taking a peak at the Disney Parks Blog's Foodie Guide to get an idea of items you would like to try. You can also pick up a festival passport at EPCOT's main entrance or at any festival booth to see all the offerings available. I like to use mine as a checklist for all the food items I decide to try!

I hope this was helpful, Diana, and that you will have the best day ever on your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your vacation, please don't hesitate to reach out! We are always happy to help fellow little chefs!

Have a magical day and bon appétit,
