    Let's say I lose my credit card before I collect the tickets I bought online using said CC. What should I do?

    Hi, Ana Cecilia!

    Oh no! I am sorry to hear you lost your credit card. That can be so frustrating! Hopefully you got it all straightened out with your bank.

    I am guessing you purchased Disney theme park tickets and have them waiting for you at a Ticket Window. Since you no longer have that particular credit card, bring the one that replaced it. Also, bring any receipts from the purchase and a photo ID. If you have an email confirmation of the purchase with transaction numbers or confirmation numbers, that will be helpful.

    Bring all of this information with you to any ticket window and a cast member can assist you in obtaining your theme park tickets. When they were purchased, if you linked them directly to your My Disney Experience, even without physically having the tickets you can book your FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance (30 days in advance if not staying at a Disney resort hotel).
