Lets say I buy the memory maker today, how long does it last before it expires?

    Hi Kenia!

Thank you for bringing this question about Memory Maker to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love Memory Maker because it adds so much value and convenience to our vacations.

The date you purchase Memory Maker does not impact its expiration date. In fact, it's great to purchase Memory Maker at least three days in advance of your vacation because you get a bit of a discount by doing so! You will have 30 days from the date your Memory Maker becomes active to capture photos and videos at Walt Disney World Resort. Your Memory Maker purchase will become active once your first Disney PhotoPass photo is taken at Walt Disney World Resort. All of your Disney PhotoPass media from within that 30 day window will be available to download until that media expires.

Important Note: Keep in mind that your PhotoPass photos and videos expire 45 days from the date they are taken, so be sure to download them before they expire.

I hope this helps with your planning, Kenia! Please let us know if you have any additional questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Wishing you many magical memories!
