    Manuel from CA Asked

How do I let my family add tickets to their Disney app that I purchased with my account

    Hello, Manuel!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sending us your question. I’m glad to hear you’re planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort. Are you and your family excited to visit the Happiest Place on Earth?

The length and location of theme park ticket ID numbers can vary based on the type of tickets you purchased, but all tickets can be linked by visiting Disneyland.com or via the Disneyland mobile app after you give an ID number to each of your family members. Here’s how they can link their tickets using the app:

    - Open the app and tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right to reach the main menu.
    - Select "Tickets and Passes" near the upper right corner.
    - Tap the plus symbol and then select “Link Tickets & Passes.”
    - Enter the numbers manually or scan the bar code for the ticket with the smartphone’s camera.

If they have any issues during the process, they can call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member for further assistance. Don’t forget to secure theme park reservations for the days your tickets are valid. Guests age 3 and older need a valid theme park ticket and a theme park reservation on the same day to enter the parks until further notice!

I hope this information helps, Manuel. Please stop by again with more questions as you continue planning your family vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
