Planning together is easy by inviting your Family and Friends to join in on the fun by linking your
My Disney Experience accounts. When logged in, select the "My Family and Friends" and navigate to "Add a Guest." When asked, "How would you like to add this Guest?" select "I'll enter their name and age." Fill out the applicable information, and then at the bottom, select "Invite this guest to connect." This will then prompt you to enter the email address they use to log into their own My Disney Experience Account. They will then receive an email to accept your invitation. Once you are connected, you can make changes to what they can view and if you would like to share your
PhotoPass photos with them.
If they are already set up under your account and would like to have their own, have them set up their own My Disney Experience account using a different email address. Then, you must call a
My Disney Experience Cast Member for assistance. They will need your email address and verify some information to be sure it is you making the changes. Then they will need the other adult's email and information. Then - POOF! Just like magic, they will have their own account you can then link to. I have had to do this myself a couple of times, and it was seamless.
There are some items others are not able to cancel or change, such as Advanced Dining and Hotel Reservations. The only way to do so would be to share the same My Disney Experience Account. You can only have one set of log-in credentials, so you would need to share your email address and password with this individual. The good news is, you can log into the same account across multiple devices so you each can easily make changes on the go.
