    Less than 2 wks!!1st Time!! I read in an older guide that Fort Wilderness offers "fireworks wagon rides" for Wishes in addition to the regular wagon rides. Do they still offer this & what time does it depart? Sounds like a fun way to watch fr

    Thanks to you, I've learned something new tonight! 

    I just called 407-WDW-PLAY and here is what I found out.  Carriage rides are indeed offered at Fort Wilderness.  The carriage rides depart from the Pioneer Hall nightly from 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. nightly.  They aren't officially called 'fireworks wagon rides' but if you reserve the time slot 30 minutes prior to Wishes, the driver of the carriage will stop by the beach for a beautiful viewing of Wishes.  (So if Wishes is scheduled for 9:00 p.m., you'll want to book the 8:30 p.m. time slot.)

    Current cost is $45.00 per carriage and reservations are required.  The capacity for each carriage is 4 adults.  For more information or to reserve a carriage, call 407-WDW-PLAY.
