Less than 2 wks away!! Are the snack & Beverage carts that are usually around the parks open? And the new masks off only when stationary eating & drinking, is that in certain locations or can we just take a seat anywhere and drink? THANKS

    Hi Christina!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited (and maybe even a bit jealous) that your magical vacation will start in less than two weeks! Since I am sure that most people have been struggling a bit with the unknown, I am sure that this is a bright spot for you!

Everyone at the Walt Disney World Resort has been working so hard to welcome Guests just like you back to the magic. They have been working around the clock to provide Guests with a safe yet exciting and memorable experience. Face coverings are required at all times except when dining or swimming. You can remove your mask when stationary to enjoy a snack or beverage. You will not be able to walk and sip a drink unless stationary. Once stationary, it is essential to understand that to remove the mask, everyone will have to maintain appropriate physical distancing. It is my understanding that you will be able to take a seat where available to enjoy food and beverage, but again it is imperative to maintain physical distancing. Please note that these guidelines may change at any time based on guidance from health authorities.

Now on to my favorite part…let's talk snacks! One of the things that the folks at Disney did was keep a lot of the snacks offered to Guests the same! Snacks such as popcorn, Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars, and Mickey-shaped pretzels are still available throughout the Theme Parks. I highly recommend spending some time in EPCOT to experience the Taste of EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. You can taste food and drink from across 6 Continents at the Global Marketplaces and even enjoy entertainment along the way!

I genuinely hope that you and your family get to enjoy a memorable time!
