Less than 3 weeks til DIsney! Can't wait! Staying at the POR-Riverside. Is there still a boat that will bring you to Disney Springs from POR? Which bldg would be best to request a room that is closest to bus stop? Thank you!

    Hi Kate!

I hope you have your bags packed! Your vacation is right around the corner! Disney's Port Orleans Riverside is such a great choice of resort! The lush landscaping is so relaxing!  There is water transportation to Disney Springs with boats launching every 20 minutes. You may want to check with the concierge desk to find out the specific hours as they may change daily. As for the bus stops, there are several as this is a very large resort. I would recommend that you visit a website called allears.net and check out the resort map. This would give you an idea of the layout. Depending on what type of room you reserved (standard, preferred, garden view, pool view, river view or Royal Guest room) would determine what area your room assignment will be. I would recommend that you contact Guest Services at 1-407-934-6000 and they can look up you reservation and note your request. Personally, I always like to reserve the preferred rooms as these are located in Alligator Bayou which is close to the main lobby and Riverside Mill (food court). This is also close to the South Depot Bus Stop which is located just outside of Fulton's General Store.

    Hope this helps!

It has been a pleasure assisting you Kate! If I can be of further service, please do not hesitate to send me your questions. Thanks for sending your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
