Hi Michael,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! After a fun vacation, my husband and I always love to look through our
Disney PhotoPass photos and relive the memories. This holds us over until our next magical trip!
When it comes to downloading, make sure that you have enough storage on your computer or personal device to download the pictures. Sometimes I have so much stored, I need to delete unneeded items to make room for the pictures.
After confirming you have space, I suggest signing out of My Disney Experience online, closing out your browser, then opening a new browsing window. From there, go to the
Walt Disney World home page and sign back into My Disney Experience to view your pictures. From there, you should be in the gallery to see all your photos.
To download, simply click on the checkmark in the upper right hand corner of the photo you want to save, then select “Download” in the upper right corner of the screen. I suggest you try with just one photo to test it out. You might see a pop up showing the progress of the downloaded photo in your browser. Once you click on it, your photo should pop up!
If successful, you can check the box “Select all visible media” under the “Download” button and this will save all the photos in your gallery. So instead of checking each photo, you can download all of them at once!
If you’re still having trouble, maybe try another browser on your laptop or you can download the photos to your phone through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Of course, you can also call the
Disney PhotoPass help desk for further information.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you take a look at all the wonderful memories you made at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
